We reached out to three realtors for an opinion of value for our townhouse on Queen Anne, we actually had a buyer in mind but were trying to get accurate pricing. Leah was the most professional of the three.
She presented a full market analysis within two days and even wrote a description of the property as if it was listed. This description showed that she paid specific attention to the details of the property. As it turned out, the price was significantly higher than what we had spoken about with our intended buyer and instead of a private sale, we needed to list the property. We asked Leah to do this. We had about two months of work to have it ready to go. When asked a question she was always responsive and even came to help me pick out carpet. She coordinated the steps and scheduled the services that would lead up to the listing date. The final twist is that a week before we were to sign listing documents, our neighbor expressed interest in buying the property. Due to Leah's knowledgeable market analysis, we were able to confidently agree on terms with our neighbor. We felt bad for Leah as she was not going to earn a commission, but in true Leah fashion, when we emailed to tell her what was happening, she was a gracious as ever. If we need any real estate services in the future, she is our gal! You couldn't choose a more competent professional.

I’ve so rarely in my life come across a professional that is as good at their profession as Leah is with real estate.
